This is where we both dive into conversation over the project including timelines and goals to gain clarity on the project objectives.
A quote, project proposal and agreements will be sent.
Once these have been approved alongside the 50% non refundable deposit has been made, this will be required to confirm your spot in our calendar.

Once the project has been scheduled in our calendars, we will need to do the prep work prior to starting. A questionnaire will be required to complete detailing your business, your audience and design preferences.
A client portal will be created where you’ll find everything that is needed to start the collation of information about your business.
You will be able to upload your content and information as well as view notes taken, dates and deadlines set, etc.

Once the design brief has been completed we will begin your design project. This will also include industry research, and customer insights to gain knowledge for the design strategy.
You will have two rounds of amendments over a few business days to provide feedback. Once approved we will finalise the design and prepare for handover.

Once final approval has been given, we will bundle up your logo files in a zipped folder and send them to you.
